Customer Service Centre

At our Gravelly Park Customer Service Centre in Birmingham, we deal with anything and everything. It could be a simple request to contact a driver for an estimated time of arrival, but other calls can be quite complicated. We get calls about cellar breakdowns and log the jobs for technicians to attend, deal with order and delivery errors or mistakes on receipting of deliveries, and chase POS and promotion rewards. One part of the team monitors orders placed over the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) link by our pub group customers, checking for out-of-stock situations or other errors at point of input.

With such variety, Gravelly Park is a great place to work – and five of our team have clocked up nearly 100 years’ service between them. The work often involves liaising with depots, load planning, distribution and management to give customers peace of mind. We also offer an out-of-hours service between 8am and 9.30pm (9am and 9.30pm at weekends), 364 days a year.
