Our two-year Graduate Programme offers a tremendous mix of experience. Your first 12 months will be spent in a local Carlsberg business, before you’ll move to one of our overseas operations to complete project work relevant to your development. It’s very much learning by doing, but you’ll be given first-class off-the-job training with other graduates at the Carlsberg International Conference Centre in Copenhagen.
