HR, based in Northampton, is made up of three teams: HR Services (which deals with all people issues and looks after employee benefits, administration and payroll); HR Business Partners; and HR Development & Communications. As well as providing a consistent, right-first-time service to internal customers, HR works at a senior level throughout the business to proactively initiate and deliver appropriate people management improvement actions aligned to business need.
