Telesales

Telesales is divided into six teams reflecting our On Trade sales structure: Free Trade North East, North West, South East and South West, plus National Retail and Brewers & Wholesalers. Within each team, we have developed specialist roles to meet the needs of our customer sectors and our business objectives. For example, Telesales Account Managers work along side field-based Sales Development Managers to develop profitable business – they are also empowered to negotiate the best price for the sale of third-party brands.
