The role of Drivers Mates is assist the Driver to undertake delivery of products and required to outlets or other depots, collecting empty containers for return and re-use within the designated depot area of operations while providing an excellent customer service. If priorities dictate to undertake work in the warehouse or elsewhere in the depot as required.

Carlsberg now has an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Employee Relations specialist to provide a comprehensive and flexible Employee Relations service to Line Managers, HR Business Partners and employees of Carlsberg UK.

This role will report into the warehouse Duty Manager and will be responsible for providing cost effective and service compliant planning for all aspects of delivery and collection. The second part of the role will be the undertaking of containers and associated materials either manually or by FLT in order to complete the daily workload within the warehouse operation.

Developing and executing full mix launch campaigns, pioneering supply chain solutions and travelling to our innovation centres in Copenhagen and Strasbourg will all be part of your remit.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, your background will include solid experience of evolutionary product development and brand renovation for the UK off trade market. A true ideas person, you’ll have an understanding of all elements of the marketing mix, commercial flair, strong project management skills and the ability to influence both vertically and horizontally.

An opportunity has arisen for a Transport Manager at our Croydon Depot.
This role will report into the RDC Operations Manager and will be responsible for the day to day coordination, cost, safety and service of the distribution functions of a retail depot.
Taking full responsibility for operations, legislative compliance and financial management within the department, there will be plenty of scope to innovate, introduce your own ideas and drive us forward.

An opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager within the Croydon Depot. This role will report into the Transport Manager,and will be responsible for managing the day to day transport operation safely, accurately and within appropriate productivity and cost levels whilst paying the necessary attention to legislative requirements. You will support site management in continuously improving the operation. Your people management and organisational skills will be key to your success as you will need to motivate the fleet team to deliver excellent customer service at all times. Also key to this role is supporting our compliance requirements.
