Job Purpose:
1. To manage and develop a multi-skilled team of employees (operatives and engineers) to deliver customer requirements on time and in full.
2. To be responsible for the performance of employees in their department in terms of cost, quality and customer service performance.
3. To provide good customer service to the other departments with quality conformance and within budget.
