With the benefit of on-the-job coaching, I’ve moved from Telephone Account Manager to Senior TAM and now Telesales Team Leader. I manage a team of 10 that looks after around 2,000 accounts, many of which are nationally known names. It’s basically my job to motivate and coach the team to sell new products to customers.
